Grasshopper Adventures is a young, dynamic, international active adventure tour operator. We
offer tours by bike throughout Asia and have 9 offices across SE Asia. We are seeking an
energetic, enthusiastic, Vietnamese National to join our team as a Sales Support Cum Admin.
Location: Hoi An
Hours: 5 days per week, 8-hour workday

The position
As a Sales Support Cum Admin, you will support your Sales Leader to promote sales and manage a few Admin duties of Hoi An Office.
You will be a Sales Representative and will be responsible for driving sales growth in Hoi An office with an emphasis on Vietnam day tour products in Hoi An and HCMC, short tours and customized tours. Consultative selling and relationship building are key responsibilities. Awareness of shifts in industry trends, customers purchasing behaviour, competitor products, competitor pricing will be critical to the success of the role.
Sales growth will be achieved by a variety of approaches incorporating direct selling, relationship management, prospecting, product and brand marketing, internal and external education.
The role will require attendance of networking and corporate events outside standard business hours in order to build relationships with key customers and industry groups.
The role will require existing customer management and a focus on identifying, prospecting, expanding customer network.

The position

Territory development - agent, hotel and DMC prospecting, contacting, meetings, presentations, follow up.
Manage relationship with current agents, concierge, hotel sales departments
Monitor the validity of contracts and follow the schedules of sales calls.
Report to the Sales Leader/ Manager on hotel and agent bookings weekly.
Oversee key accounts within hotels and travel agents, ensuring the building of a good business relationship to encourage support and increased sales.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of day tour products as well as operation considerations.
Ensure that business partners are fully supplied with sales and promotional materials.
Communicate to operations and reservation teams details of agreements with business customers.
Make Sales presentations to return and prospective customers.
Identifying, managing and attending relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences.
Candidate Profile
The right candidate will be:
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written)
Have some previous sales experience
Friendly and communicative
Organised and neat
Independent and enjoying being outside
