Main responsibilities: The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing necessary and effective administrative and sales support to the Sales team. Their main tasks include:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Receive original or advance copy of the customer’s purchase order, check purchase order date and price on PO.
• Create, process and follow Sales order on SAP
• Liaise between Sales and Logistic, discuss and coordinate on inventory and delivery schedule.
• Support Sales Department on manage their orders and their GAP by team.
• Update Sales target and prepare Sales incentive for Sales team.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by General Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male or Female, Age: under 25
• Candidate must possess at least at College degree, Finance/ Business Administration or English.
• 01 year experience in the related field is required for this position at Joint venture or foreign-owned companies would be preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and as a team member
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good spoken & written English skills
• Positive, can do attitude
• Motivated and energetic to learn
