Mô tả công việc
• Creating and updating a Database of Customers/Venders/Material codes, etc.
• Creating Trading contracts and inputting into the system
• Conducting Customs declaration and payment
• Checking the balance of inventory and communicating with warehouse staff
• Creating outbound slip and ordering inventory issue to customers.
• Issuing red invoice and recording sales history into ERP system
• Recording and analyzing logistics cost
• Preparing for FX deal and communicating with banks
• Managing AP, AR schedule and arranging monthly payment and receipt
• Supporting the sales force with other general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of transactions at the same time.
• Ability to prioritize own workload.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Well versed in IT skills (ex. Microsoft Office Suite)
• Must be detail oriented.
• (ERP experienced candidate would be preferred)
