- Coordinate with Sales Dept. to prepare sales contract and follow-up payment with customers.
- Export/ Import machines and spare parts.
- Handling spare part orders and control stock.
- Making quotation and contract for service and spare parts.
- Customer after – sales service
- Follow- up outstanding payment.
- Making monthly report.
- Other sales administration tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1 – 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent English skills
• University degree.
• Experience in Export/Import
• Computer skills in usual office software (MS Office, MS Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with resistance to work under pressure.
• High motivation, flexibility, carefulness and reliability
• Able to work with a team of international managers.
• Excellent English skills
• University degree.
• Experience in Export/Import
