Sales Administration Executive of Sales Dept ( Temporary 11-Month )

1. Manage customers: Manage customers’ documents and data.
2. Make report: Sales and sales program progress report. Budget follow-up report.
3. Consolidate Dealers' PSI (Purchase - Sales - Inventory) data
4. Making SOs (Sales Order)
5. Support to Sales Team under the assignment from Sales AGM/AD.

*** Working location: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Str, Hanoi

* REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree
• Female only and at least 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Good at Excel skills
• Good communication skills to work with customers
• Hard working, ability to meet close deadline
• Willing to work overtime (for some specific time of the month only)
