Mô tả công việc
1. To attend weekly meetings, write meeting minutes, follow up sales activity progressing and tracking for all reports from sale teams
2. To cross check, compare tender’s reagent lists and provide suggestion to sales team for comprehensive reagent list
3. To check concordance of analyser configuration with tender requirement
4. To collect and follow up project progression including Reagent rental and Capital purchase.
5. To support Sales team to make quotation, contracts and other tasks while sales members are in business trip.
6. To collect and follow up customer list for events such as meeting, FGM, Scientific symposium and other workshops.
7. To prepare all documents and relevant papers of tender and sent them to dealers, be responsible to get and recordkeeping all tender announcements
8. To support sales team for preparing proposal letters and other things as customers’ requirement…to get approval from Sale Manager / General Manager and recordkeeping as company regulations.
9. To be responsible for purchasing for sales activities
10. To update and manage database of customer information, installed base…
11. Other sales administration tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma in College/ University or equivalent
- Min 2 years relevant working experience in sales administration, preferably in IVD field
- PC literate, Good English Communication
- Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance.
- Product knowledge about hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis & bio-chemistry, marketing principals
- Flexible to respond to customer request & regional meeting/training
