Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Follow Sales Order for salesman (creating Sales Order, Co-work with Accounting and Logistics to Shift/Release Sales Order, Delivery processing, etc.)
• Follow Collection: Aging, overdue, payment schedule, etc.
• Follow Discount/Payment with Marketing, Accounting and inform dealers about related campaigns
• Process to open new account: Code, Bank, Contract, Payment term, etc.
• Control and allocate goods among the team (daily stocks, slow moving stock clearance progress, etc.)
• Make report, data analysis, market information to report to management team and other teams
• Support Sales team for PSI (purchasing – Sales – Inventory)
• Support Project activities (Pipeline, Contract, related documents, availability progress with marketing, settlement, etc.)
• Support Sales operation activities: KPI, Report (Market price, Project queries, etc.)
• Other relevant requests

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation
• At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin Job
• Positive thinking, flexibility, patience
• Good at logical and quantitative analysis and preciseness
• Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
