Sales Admin Support

• Work with relevant Departments to obtain Customers’ information for invoice issuance purposes;
• Liaise, coordinate and follow up with other in-house stakeholders (Accommodation team, Product team, Tax team) or with the Company’s service providers for the issuance of tax invoices to Traveloka’s Customers;
• Check and match the information provided by Traveloka’s Customers with the invoices issued by service providers;
• Receive the invoices sent from the service providers and send to Traveloka’s Customers;
• Control the status of the invoices requested by Traveloka’s Customers until the Customers received the requested invoice on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Monitor and record the relevant expenses relating to tax invoices requested by Customers;
• Assist in input Customers’ information into the Company’s internal systems;

* To assist the other in-house stakeholders in administration works including:
• Co-ordinate well with others team members of Accommodation Team/ Product team/ Tax team to meet any deadlines assigned by Managers of relevant Departments;
• Assist in preparing documents, letters (if necessary);
• Assist in logistic supports for the Company’s events;
• Support on editing documents of relevant Departments; and
• Other tasks assigned by BOD.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent with background Secretary, Tax and Business Administration or English is preferable;
• 1-2 years of experience in secretarial or administration position;
• Average level or above in English, both speaking and writing;
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good administration and secretarial skill;
• Good organization and time management skill.
