Being our Sales Admin Supervisor, you will spend your ideal day with:
• Assist Manager to supervise the team to perform daily tasks, reports, projects and ensure Sales process, policies and guidelines running smoothly.
• Ensure workflow and Sales processes and policies in compliance
• Manage the work flow and the system to make sure Sales process is smooth and reduce manual work.
• Cooperate and support Nationwide Sales Operations team in order to develop team members to be skillful on their strengths and potentials.
• Participate in discussions and execution regarding contract and incentive policies (Commission & Bonus schemes for Sales).
• Co-ordinate smoothly with other departments (Product, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR...)
• Perform other duties assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• From 5 years experience in Sales Operation/ Sales Support/ Sales Admin field preferably in FMCG..... or related industry
• Proficient in Excel is a must
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Strong leadership skill
• High adaptability
• University/ College degree
