Position Overview
As a key member of the Sales Team the role will be responsible for various customer care activities such as answering inbound phone calls, processing of sales orders, liaising with the Production Planning, arranging customer account payments, liaising with the Account Department etc. This position requires a person to accept any task presented to them, and to support the in-field sales team in growing the sales business.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming sales calls, web enquiries, or other enquiries as required.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provision of product information to customers as required.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Liaise as required with staff from other departments to gain information and to resolve customer issues
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Manage the sales order process from receiving the order, to data entry, to accounts checking, to ensuring stock availability, to ensuring order delivery.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, or as required, sales reports as required to support the sales team.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Support for Handling of warranty and service enquiries when the need arises
• General other duties as nominated by the Regional Sales Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including English language proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work unsupervised to complete assigned tasks.
• At least Bachelor Degree.
• 05 years in Sales admin experience.
• Knowledge of marketing & Sales.
