Mô tả công việc
1.Sales Activities
- Follow up, update & record results of each fleet sale
- Follow up fleet sales status, make monthly report for management of fleet sales activities
- Report to MMC for fleet follow-up time by time
- Follow up Dealers’ deposit, payment & delivery
- Report analysis & other tasks by management
- Follow up used cars for sales in full cycle of process: quotations, negotiations & contract finalization
- Make plan to improve fleet sales activities
2.Sales Planning
- Monthly report promotion (customer incentive, dealer incentive and salesman incentive)
- Making payment of promotion.
- Apply Sales and Promotion Policy announcement
- Control Price and Cost of vehicle
- Update the arrival vehicle price and forex
- Update Promotion to Commercial Dept
- Update Price of Vehicle to State Agencies
- Other tasks assigned by Managers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Business Administration or Finance is preferable
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & English in both verbal and written
- Experience in admin, sale admin jobs
- Teamwork, Explanation skills, writing skills
- Experience in automobile is preferable
