Sales Admin (SA)

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Introduce and sell products to customers as company target;
- Consult to customers for the company products;
- Set up and manage the sales plan;
- Provided pre-sales and after-sales support to customers;
- Working with sales team to handle PO, Payment, Shiping notice, etc.
- Internal procedure to set the price, make purchase order, key-in data on system, check import process
- Summarising sales progress and report to GM

Order Management:
- Prepares quotations and follow-ups with orders;
- Receiving order from customer and checking available inventory
- Assists the clients in the process of product selection

Content management (social media, website):
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Others assigned by Managers.

Requirements:
- College/University graduation
- Min. 1 - 3 years of direct sales or related experience
- Skillful in Excel, Outlook…
- Experience in graphic design skills such as Photoshop, Corel is an advantage
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (equivalent IELTS 5.0 or Above).
- Cooperative, proactive, committed attitude
- The resume/CV must be written in English
