Mô tả công việc
- Receive orders from customers in domestic and oversea through emails, telephone, fax. Check the orders which have just received (colors, q’ty, items, color swatch…).
- Provide customers with detail information such as price, specification, estimated date of delivery…
- Hand over orders to productions, closely work with production to catch up with the status of products being produced or the stocks, schedule for delivery.
- In charge of preparing sales contract after negotiation with customers basic terms and conditions, report to the department’s head (if any).
- Internally checking with production and lab, to find out solutions and methods for improvement. Explain to customers.
- Check and confirm delivery schedule. Follow up the delivery and solve problems if any.
- Follow up the liquidation of contract, debit note, pushing for payment
