Mô tả công việc
- Prepare price form for customers in account
- Update information regarding to price change, product information…
- Follow creating step for new customers & adjust information for current customers when required
- Make form for trading activities
- Work with relavant cross-functional departments to follow-up contracts, terms & agreements
- Send notification, update new information / documents to customers when needed
- Make payment related to visbility, promotions, contest, sponsor activities….
- Tracking promotion activities: customied promotion, consumer promotion,…
- Update memo to distributors about promotion campaigns, price change…
- Update promotion activities, stock, new SKUs for field sales team
- Allocate promotion gifts
- Collect information of campaigns & activities
- Prepare sample & related documents of products in the lists which are assigned by line manager
- Collect data of stock
- Update data into master data to template & make monthly, weekly report & make forecasting & planning activities if required
- Update, forecast & make plan for promotion budget, contract budget & monthly, quarterly budget for activities
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related majors
- Basic understanding of sales operation activities
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in sales admin, sales operation… background in FMCG companies is a plus
- Attention to detail and process driven
- Compliance mindset
- High integrity
- Familiar in the use of excel, ability to execute basic formulas and pivot tables for basic analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Open to developing new skills and growing
- A team player who works well with others
