*Line manager: Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales coordinator is a communication bridge with Singapore Sales team, Viet Nam Sales team and others (when needed)
- Receive sales orders from customers or salesman
- Input data order into system
- Support salesman to inform price and send quotation to customers
- Draft sales contract, and be responsible for other tasks relating to sales contract
- Confirm goods delivery date to customers or salesman
- Follow production status and goods delivery status to make sure on time and accurately
- Follow up with customers on payments, collections, and debt reporting
- Handle any customer inquiries of the sales team and relating to orders, digest and coordinate internally to solve customers’ problem
- Prepare daily report on Sales target, Account receivable, rebate incentive for sales team
- Coordinating with Finance Dept., Service Dept. to make sure needed documents in place
- Update file Sale Data Base
- Following and updating customer list

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Fluently in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- At least 1-2 years experiences similar position, prefer candidate have knowledge in Chemical field
- Be strong in communication, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork
- Be able to go for business trip
