Mô tả công việc
- Liaise with factory for new products update/ price change information
- Update Sales Team on standards effect on products to inform to customers
- Preparing/ checking the sales contract (mostly CIF term contracts; some DDP contracts);
- Checking information in the order packages before getting signed contract.
- Order processing include following up to get counter-signed contract, new customer creation; new item creation and item costing loaded in system; creating sales order in system; Making Purchase Requisition in system (Oracle R12)
- Place an order to factory (Using Spectrum software)
- Coordinate with Sales engineers to support customers
- Sometimes consulting sales engineers on the contract terms and shipping terms
- Tracking sales and application engineers for their activities
- Sales data maintenance and tracking
- B2B consolidator, MC monitoring, Communicate with Regional marketing team for Applied MC

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree of relevant majors: Business Administration, Economics, or relevant
- Logistics knowledge or experience is preferable
- From 1-3 year- experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and time managerial skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, ppt, Excel)
- Hard-working, good team player, supportive, proactive, initiative and reliable
- English skill: Good in Reading & Writing
- Gender: Female

- From 1-3 year- experience
