Job description
- Issue VAT invoices and support to prepare sales reports for vendors
- Prepare statistical reports and other reports upon request
- Support the sales team with product information updates, orders, and reports
- Respond to customer calls and follow up on their issues
- Create simple contents for 24h story on Instagram and Facebook Fanpage + Upload products on Facebook Store with a fully integrated e-commerce website

Job Requirements
- 1-2 year work experience in administration, customer service, or related fields (Work experience in FMCG is a plus)
- Effective communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up environments with a desire to learn new skills
- Proactive, attention to details and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Bachelor degree in English, business administration, or Human Resources is preferred
