Mô tả công việc
- Pricing (TW team ) : check price per sales orders daily, check GP1% when there is required for preparing quotation, requests to create price in SAP
- Customer Master data (TW Team) : request to create new IDH customer & edit Customer master data
- Contract, Annex (TW Team): Follow uo contracts/ annex ( rebate/ discount/amendment..)
- AR Outstanding report (TW Team): prepare debit note & follow up payment plan
- Sample (TW, in serious urgent cases): apply on ACE tool, sending sample to oversea
- Customer requests: SDS, toxix report, vendor’s survey…
- Customer Master data (TW Team) : request to create new IDH customer & edit Customer master data

- Communication in English & Chinese (mandarin) - Fair
- Priority for added experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain (at least 1 year)
