Sales Admin

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Vietnam. The role will cover support for our sales group as well as working with our CRM database looking for leads through online searches, potential users from publications, posters, meeting attendance and conferences. This is an important role to be able to provide potential leads or customers to our sales team while constantly updating existing information to make our marketing campaigns as effective as possible. The second part of the role will be to help with the administration needs of our sales teams, this will include keeping price lists up to date, helping with quotes and product data, communicating with our suppliers when needed and helping with meeting organization and travel requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background knowledge in a Biological Science allowing them to see potential customers through their searches. It is also important to have a good knowledge of customer databases as well as a good knowledge of written and spoken English. Research Instruments are a regional company with 30 years experience in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and now recently opening operations in Vietnam.

The job is based from our office in HCMC.

We require the candidate to have experience in Bio related Sciences and preferably also administration or CRM experience.

The person needs to be self motivated and eager to work as part of a small team in a new company introducing new products into the Vietnam market. The role will support our sales and support team with the ultimate goal being to grow our brand awareness in Vietnam while maintaining a high level of service and support for our customers
