• Researching & networking to find new account opportunities creating new account target list
• Add internal referrals & direct HoD email leads to target list
• Convert target list to HoD new accounts
• Develop & execute a strategy to hit agreed to target of new accounts
• Develop clear and concise reporting and tracking tools and a pipeline to be shared with Business Development Manager.
• Visit existing customers to nurture, train, & upsell
• Coordinate with Marketing Team as part of account activation
• Communicate with DBM routinely to discuss pipeline, challenges, strategic ideas
• Reports to Director Business Development

• Knowledge and a passion for craft beer
• Positive and friendly interpersonal skills
• Good communicator in both English and Vietnamese
• A motivated self-starter with a passion to build the business
• Providing brand leadership for the region
• Good computer skills including Excel
