Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's audio needs.
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of selling AV (more emphatic on Audio)
• Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
• Responsible for generating new audio-visual accounts in the Vietnam market
• Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
• Active and ongoing prospecting in the territory.
• Design and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns to increase sales and expand our customer base in Vietnam.
• Accountable for maintaining a strong sales pipeline with detailed reporting.
• Meet or exceed aggressive monthly GP quota
• Excellent communications skills, organized and comfortable with online forecasting tools and a clear knowledge of Excel
• Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers

• Experience giving presentations to clients.
• Experience in selling application/solution based technology product or service.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to analyze customer situations, make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
• Basic numeric skills.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, co-workers, clients and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, in groups, and via telephone and written communication.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to be detail oriented, work without supervision and must be available during working hours.
