Sale telephone staffs

'-Find new potential customer, Contact potential customer, introduce company’s Service to them via phone and Find out customer’s information and demand via phone.
-Consult, Negotiate and convince customer to use company’s service. Maintain and develop relationship with current customers , take care, advice and Support customers.
-Monitoring and coordinating with the relevant departments to Support customer goods are handling and stored Follow standards and requirements.
'-Record customer’s feedback, summarize and submit to Manager - Transfer the reflection to the relevant departments.
'-Prepare all documents for Sale Team as: quotation, P&L file, handling operation process. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Has experience for sales warehouse is advance.
-Work independently important for this job & control job.
- English communication should be no problem both writing and speaking.
-Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
-Creative & proactive mind, have leadership.
- Strong analytical skill and ability to see the strategic view.
-Good leadership skills with strong initiative to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.
-Open knowledge in sales, analytical skills, data processing.
-Careful, responsible, and can work under high pressure.
-Willing to learn and develop.
