Sale System Executive

ABOUT THE JOB
Perfetti Van Melle - one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide - is seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sale System Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for:

I. System Maintenance and Implementation
1. To ensure smooth system operation for both DMS and PDA
2. Along with IT and third party to investigate for root causes and find solutions for system issues
3. To provide technical support and guidelines for field sales on implementing DMS and PDA daily
4. To grant access to DMS and PDA for new users
5. To correct reports formula and templates so as to fully match with business needs
6. To provide requested data quickly and accurately
7. To review/evaluate DMS and PDA usage and recommend for actions to improve
8. To investigate data consistency/integrity and propose action to improve
9. To tracking system performance and propose action to prevent bottle necks
10. Along with IT to provide standard for informatics infrastructure at agents
11. To train and install DMS analyzers to new users
12. To design and implement DMS and PDA user manual

II. System Development
1. Along with IT and third party to develop new functionalities for DMS and PDA systems
2. To take full responsibility for new functionalities testing and evaluation before rolling out
3. To develop new data reports upon business requirements
4. Along with IT to improve DMS interface being more user friendly
5. Along with IT and RSO to correct master data in DMS
6. To develop and fully implement mother codes for products into DMS and PDA
7. Along with IT to always seek for and develop the best tools for sales data transfer and management

III. Asset Management
1. To track PDA devices status
2. Along with IT and Purchasing to prepare plan for PDA device replacement after 2 years of usage
3. Along with IT and third party (if any) to install necessary software into new PDA tablets
4. To analyze current PDA device performance and recommend for improving actions and substitution solutions (if any).
5. To prepare annual budget for system maintenance and development

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We need you to have:
- University graduation or above (IT, software development)
- At least 2 years of experience in developing sales management software (DMS) and PDA
- Good analytic skills
- Understand well sales of FMCG operation
- Customer service oriented
- Strategic and systematic thinking
