Sale Support

1. General Purpose:
The overall purpose of this position is to select the product or services with the best price to make quotations or bidding quotations for projects to meet with customer request and the request from Front sales or Engineering Team.
The staff can be a backup for Sales Manager as well as a main backup staff in Sale support team to handle and solve problems if any occurs during making quotations. This position provide the assistance on a is also as well as building a good coordination with other teams such as Procurement team, Engineer teams and also building good relationship with vendors, partners to contribute the best results for company.

2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Searching vendors (suppliers) to select the best one who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time upon the request from Customer, Front sales or Engineering Team.
- Making Quotation and Contract upon the request from Customer, Front sales or Engineering Team.
- Revising Quotation and Contract upon the request from Customer, Front sales or Engineering Team.
- Have a good skill of negotiation as well to get competitive price of goods or service from vendors (suppliers).
- Develop relationship with vendors (suppliers) for further business chance.
- Cooperation and manage quotations with other related departments.

3. Internal co-operation as follows:
- Making quotations or support others tasks comes from Front sales and Sale support team.
- Co-operate with all departments such as: Procurement, Engineer, Accounting, HR for material, equipment, service, facilities requirement.
- Co-operate with Engineering teams to clarify the products, service to make quotations.
- Support for Engineering team if need (contact vendor to get information about product, warranty, software license, service etc..) during making quotation.
- Update data on System for Quotation list.
