Sale Support Assistant

- Get purchase order (PO) from distributors daily, allocate SKU and quantity in the PO to match the inventory in the factory.
- Remind distributors make payment in time
- Send price announcements, promotion programs to the distributors (40 distributors)
- Contact and work with distributors to support or guideline them to prepare related document.
- Making sales confirmation notes with orders and input data on SAP system timely.
- Making sales summary reports of distributors weekly and monthly
- Support tracking number of sales staff of distributors to synthesize reports and confirm sales support amount for each distributor.
- Keep track of the transfer of goods received by distributors, confirm debt with distributor before sending goods
- Receive customer feedback on orders for quality of goods and services.
- Do monthly summary for promotion programs.
- Follow up/ keep track debt with distributors.
- Summarize the quantity of goods to be supplied daily to the production planning department
- Reconciliation of transportation costs arising monthly,
- Support RCS for sales staff (ASM and sales sup )

- MS office skills
- Strong communication skill
- Hard working and willing to study
- can be fresh, graduated university
