Sale Support (1 Manager/ 1 Leader)

- Manage sales support activities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring high responsiveness on customer inquiries, requests and orders, with a focus on customer success and team productivity.
- Handle and resolve complex customer requests and complaints
- Order fulfillment incidents that require investigation and resolution with customers, and review of sales processes.
- Analyse and manage key performance indicators, reporting to local & regional management on key targets and attainments
- Provide action plans to Improved continuous process optimization and customer service.
- Make recommendations to regional sales support manager that will enhance or improve sales support functions
- Work with regional sales support manager on special projects and provide objective feedback relative to new or existing sales processes.

- Graduated University
- Have 3 years experience in same position
- Have experience in customer service/sales support
- Have Microsoft Office certificate
- Proactive and attention to detail
- Language skill: English good Communication/ Japanese (N2 - N3)

- Bonus 1 time/ year + Pay raise 1 time/year

- Have shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh
