Mô tả công việc
- To handle customers’ phone calls and enquiries for travel purpose with China Airlines.
- To serve China Airlines customers by making reservations of seats, hotels and other travel arrangements in compliance with China Airlines ‘s standard and policy, advise on suitable itinerary and travel options.
- To issue tickets and other concerning travel documents such as hotel vouchers upon customers’ requests.
- To handle routine office work such as : pre-flight check, queue handling, issue ID/AD tickets, refund & lost ticket handling…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Vietnamese nationality.
- University degree and major in Mandarin, good or excellent degree is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English with TOEIC above 600 scores.
- Good communication skill in Chinese (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and team building capabilities are essential.
- Motivated and professional attitude.
- Standard computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
