Mô tả công việc
- To direct and motivate sales team to form a productive and efficient working team
- To be responsible for all potential customers in supplying the lighting systems in HCMC.
- To make proposal for sales objective, strategy and budget for Sales dept.
- To ensure the policy from Group will be co-coordinated to the relevant staff and take action accordingly.
- To co-operate with the group and contribute to the interchange of experience and knowledge.
- To plan and develop sales and marketing work in accordance with company and Group strategy
- To demonstrate experience of managing customers.
- To ensure of liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers are effectiveness with best prices and services
- To ensure the well-organized working condition are established and good tone and cooperativeness are created
- To responsible for overall coordinator and provide solutions & advise between functions related to sales and marketing.
* Main task:
1) Be responsible for sales activities and annual sales budget in HCMC.
2) Lead, motivate and coach Sales team (South region) to achieve company objectives
3) Execute competitive sales tactics to win business
4) Maintain & develop strong relationships with business partners, customers.
5) Identify the sale opportunity, potential customers, action plan to expand sales.
6) Prepare sale forecasts, project pipeline, sale achieve report.
7) Research, evaluate and analyze all kinds of potential risks.
8) Other tasks and duties assigned by management.

7) Strong analytical and negotiation skills and strong compliance understanding.
8) Proficient in English with both communication and writing is advataged
