Sale Manager

In charge of business development/sales quota

Work with BOM to define goals/strategy of the sales department

Seek new customers, presentation, negotiation and closing deals

Marketing/Promoting the organization and products.

Ensure KPIs/targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition

At least 5 years of experience working in the field of Sales, Marketing

Knowledgeable about US and European markets.

Excellent presentation, business email writing and negotiation skills

Excellent in English communication and networking skills including face to face meeting, video conference, social media and email

Excellent people/team management skills

Experience with IT products/services is an advantage

Experience in customer relationship management.
