- Manage sales dept.'s activities aim to reach sales volume, oversee sales staff's works.
- Make plan of business strategies and assign tasks for sales staff
- Offer solutions aim to maintain and develop sales activities.
- Look for customers, plan business in stages.
- Disscussing and signing sales contracts.
- Plan to import goods, working together with oversea suppliers and working together with forwarded about import goods.
Manage product quality, solve arising problems with customers.
- Responsible for make report of sales activities and result.

- Background, knowledge. Business Administration/ Economics/ English...etc
- Education: University Degree
Skills/Kỹ năng:
- Trouble shooting skill: Determine causes of working errors & deciding what to do about it.
- Judgment & decision making: Considering the relative costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Management skill: Resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
- PC skill: Word, Excel, Power point.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Logical thinking, ability to analyze and solve good problems.
- Being able to withstand high work pressure"
- Foreign language skill ( Englis or Chinese ): Fluently in Speaking/ writing/ listening & daily communication

- Experience (Compulsory): At least 3~8 years up in related field ( Sales manager or steel and aluminium business ).
- Age: from 30-35 years old.
