Mô tả công việc
- Taking care of daily requests from direct customers or travel agents as assigned by Director of Sales
- Selling unique and customized travel experiences in Vietnam and Indochina, maintain and following up clients
- Ensure a smooth communication with direct customers and travel agents
- Enquiries must be responded within 12 hours
- Striving to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked and ready at least 1 week prior to arrival date
- Follow up payments with customers and travel agents
- Make sure that all trips sold by you are mistake-fee and run smoothly
- Report regularly about any issues, problem and complaints from customers/travel agents to your Board of Directors
- Other tasks if required by the Directors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year in the same position (in inbound company)
- College or University Degree
- Fluent English is a must (4 skills)
- Good communication
- Good negotiation skill
- Good organizational and problem solving skill
- Ability to work independently, in team & under pressure
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Enthusiastic, active and open-minded
