Sale Executive - Oxalis Adventure Tours/ Hoi An Office

- Adventure tours sales to direct online and walk-in customers
- Process tour reservations assigned by Sales Manager
- Handle bookings/invoices/customer support
- Remain primary contact to assigned customers from pre-departure to post-departure
- Work together with operation team to deliver first-rate services
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service via email, online chat system, phone, in-person, etc.
- Report to Sales Manager

- University or college graduated
- At least 1 year experience working in hospitality/inbound travel company or in tourism industry
- Good social skills, organization skills, and communication skills
- Have good attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Be flexible in working time and responsibilities
- Working mostly in an office; work remotely from home as needed outside of office hours

- Working location: Hoi An
- Monday – Saturday: 8:30 - 11:30 and 13:30 - 18:30
- Weekend work required as schedule
