Sale Executive

•Market research, new update and consumer trends assessment in the market;
•Develop new business through cold calling, social media, and conference/association participation.
•Keep informed of market and services, research and analysis of competitors;
•Negotiate on price, cost, delivery, specification and sign service contract with Customer;
•Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
•Build Customer database and create customer service plan;
•Run Customer care and settle down raising issues (if any);
•Achieve or exceed marketing and sales objectives and target;
•Coordinate with Project team for some specific project;
•Cooperate with accounting team to contact directly customers to push payment;
•Report sale result to Sales Manager weekly and monthly;
•Other tasks as assigned by Manager

•BA certification in related field
•Experience in Sale/ Marketing function is priority
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must
•Excellent selling, communication and negotiation for service skills
•Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
•Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
•Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
