- Expand sales of printing inks and Coatings.
- Maintain existing customers, develop new markets and maximize resources as well as business opportunities to achieve sales targets; Build and maintain strong relationship with top level customers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of dealing with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Collate, analyse and report technical data to other areas of the business and customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Willing to travel domestic for business purposes.
- Supervise, develop, support and motivate sales team to ensure efficient performance with high level of professionalism and commitment in representing Edson

- University graduate or higher education in relevant fields (Business Administration/ Marketing)
- Experience in coating, inks and printing industry is an advantage.
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience as similar position
- Good English
- Good at MS – Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Excellent leadership skills, strong sense of applied strategy and business development;
- Good understanding and experience of the relevant industries including products, customers, partners.

** Others :
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Technology degree in printing, coatings, Chemistry or science
2. Min. 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.)
3. International experience appreciated
