This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing project and account management of strategic customers, to develop new customers, dig/collect customer demands, maximize sales revenue, bridge customers demand with our supply/delivery . Manage assigned channel partners or clients to support sales targets and hence factory output and total customer satisfaction. This person is expected to work very closely with outside sales force, product management and factory team.
Report to: site GM and Regional Sale Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a factory inside salesman working closely with field salesmen and factory engineers and design team on quotations, technical requirement and changes, capabilities and capacity in an attempt to boost sales revenue
• Keep good communication and interaction with customers (both inside and outside), maintain good relationship with all customers
• Day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers, both with Product Manager and factory operations.
• Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements on behalf of customers
• Customer demand changes management, maintain company interest
• On behalf of company to negotiate with customers about contracts, coordinations
• Drive and co-ordinate with field sales team for more projects and keep following through from design to full mass production
• Work with engineers to develop customized products for specific customer needs.
• Risk control, credit control, cOost control, reduce/avoid fake information
• Data analysis, report preparation
• Continuous improvement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Knowledge of electronic industry/manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
• Occasional travel is expected
• Willing to work over-time at any time upon necessary
• Logical thinking, clear communication and response quickly, good judgement
• Have working passion and desire to maximize sales revenue and factory efficiency
• Result oriented and self-driving, intelligent, initiative
• Big picture,strategy thinking, open minded, optimistic always
• Honest, good ethnic and integrity
• Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.

- 13 months salary, sales bonus
