Sale Director

"Participating in strategic and operational management:

- Participating in the company's strategy and development plan for sales activities as approved;
- Implementing strategies/plans to develop clients and markets;
- Developing, reviewing and supervising the implementation of processes related to business and sale;
- Participating in the construction and completion of Sale Department's organizational structure;
- Contributing to the completion of the company's organizational model and relating work processes;
- Completing guidance in the Quotation - Sale - Sample Making Development Process;
- Taking part in the construction of annual budget plan for sale activities and supervising its implementation effectively; "

"Managing relating HR:

- Directing and supervising the implementation of recruitment plan, employee interviews and personnel arrangement for Sale Dept.;
- Compiling the training needs and monitoring the implementation of strengthening capacity for sales;
- Directing and supervising an evaluation of professional capacity of Sale staff and supporting staff in building the career path development;
- Supervising the management and evaluation of job performance for Sale Dept.;
- Proposing salary and remuneration incentives for Sale staff."

"Managing the implementation of professional work activities:

- Updating and capturing the needs of customers and market trend;
-Building annual sale targets-customers, preparing detailed implementation plan and organizing the implementation as approved;
- In charge of quoting;
-Preparing marketing plan, promotional trade program and in charge for its implementation;
-Set up a plan to develop new products according to the market trend and business focus of the company in each period;
-Carrying out a survey of customer satisfaction and performing periodic customer care activities.

"Performing other tasks:

- Implementing the planning and reporting tasks as required;
- Participating in building rules, regulations of the company, corporate culture activities, initiative proposal, improvement,...;
- Supporting other departments as needed;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors."

Graduated from university in the field of trade, marketing or commerce
