Mô tả công việc
*Online sale tasks
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via e-mail or online chat to assist them with information for Vietnam tourism
• Receive the customer requirements from manager and selling
• Base on database of company and customer requirements to prepare itinerary and make quotation & be responsible on it
• Deal with customers on the given products, following to close sale
• Keep & build the good relationship with customers & partner
• Attending the trade meeting & exhibition upon request.
• Contact with local service providers to maintain a thorough knowledge base
• Deal with service providers to have reasonable benefit or commission
* Tour Operation tasks:
• Collect information of customers' request from Sales staff to check all service
• Arrange Reservation for customer
• Well coordinate with all supplier to satisfy clients' request
• Dealing with tour problem (if any)
• Prepare tour program with all details for tour guide.
• Some others related tasks
• Some more information will be discussed in interview

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese
• Good knowledge of the Vietnam/Cambodia tourism
• Customer-service oriented.
• Enthusiastic, quick-minded and honest.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Detailed and meticulous working
• Be patient and listening ability
• Love the job of communicating with people
• Passionate about work in hospitality/tourism field
• Advance Desktop Applications - MS Office.
• Work experience (part-time or full-time job) is preferable
