MARKETING DUTIES:
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and facebook that attracts and converts our target groups
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
• Communicate with Director about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
SALE DUTIES:
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each location.
• Project expected sales volume and profit for existing products
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Establish pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

4. Years of Experience required: Over 5 years in Sale & Marketing Manager
5. Leadership skill as requirement

7. Strong organizational, presentation and team leadership skills.
8. Ability to work with details and multi-tasks
9. Track record of sales achievement
10. Good communicate English
11. Strong analytical and project management skills
