Mô tả công việc
- Take care of all jobs related to import/export procedures such as: declare customs clearance, arrange shipping schedule, prepare for D/O, Invoice, Packing list...
- Take the role of a translator and interpreter on job;
- Take care of inventories in warehouse and bonded warehouse as “inventories controller”
- Prepare quotation, sales contracts, annex and other documents for Sales Department;
- Send, follow-up (working closely with customers, sales team and other departments), receive documents in/out within Sales Department carefully;
- Take care of data filling and documentation;
- Contact with customers and staff of other departments to fulfill the job;
- Other jobs assigned by Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS JOB, prefer for candidates whom work in forwarder, vessel;
- University degree with major in logistics/supply chain;
- Excellent in Excel, report;
- Good analyzing and synthesizing skills;
- Excellent in English skills (TOEIC from 700 score);
- Detailed, active, enthusiastic.
