Mô tả công việc
Main Duties
• Manage the taking, processing and recording of B2B orders
• Keep and accurate database of all orders and ensure signed confirmation of deliveries documents match orders dispatched
• Work with Brewery Operations to ensure all B2B orders are fulfilled
• Report sales numbers every Monday to CEO
• Assist in trip planning and booking for CEO and Sales Manager
• Assist in ad hoc projects to support the CEO and Sales Manager
Customer Service
• Work closely with the clients to ensure an excellent customer services experience
• Work with the procurement team to ensure pouring equipment is ordered and deliveries in a timely manner
• Ensure all POSM and marketing material is supplied to customers ASAP
• Work closely with the tap maintenance teams to ensure quick responses to any problem and prompt customer service courtesy call to let them know what actions we are taking to address the issue
• Visit outlet locations and create good personal relations with key staff
External Event Planning
• Take the lead on event planning such as Beer Festivals and HOD events
• Work with the Creative team to develop table talkers, festival banners and other marketing and promo graphics. oversee the delivery and implementation of POSM campaigns

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good to excellent in English communication
- At least 02 years of experiences on Sale Admin
- Decent looking, well mannered and postured person
- Attitude of self improvement/progression is a plus
- Good team player
