Mô tả công việc
- Support to serve industrial customers, follow up purchase orders (POs) of industrial end-users
- Receive, send orders to customers (via mail, seal, pre-scan, transfer SMS ...), process orders according to sales process, regulations of accounting software, of related other departments.
- Contact, notice in conjunction with the department, production, invoicing, transport for delivery to customers promptly and timely.
- Making sales confirmation notes with purchase orders and input data on SAP system timely (if any)
- Cordinate with related department (both customer and Nortalic) to deliver goods smoothly
- Monitor the progress of orders, Tracking delivery trip (overweight, underweight,…)
- Tracking customer transfers, debt and delivery
- Update selling price
- Update sales quantity of IEU channel daily, prepare sales plant or report as requeted.
- Support to do RCS for sales staff (ASM and vansales team)
