Mô tả công việc
1. Arrange the business trip for whole FF team member and Managers as BD/Field Force including but not limited: air ticket, transportation, hotel accommodation, expense claim...
2. Repair the invitation letter )printing and sending) for Group Presentation, Local Speaker Tour...as request
3. Support FF team in prepairing and getting back the documents in included invitation letter, requesting letter, MOU … sending for doctors in case of Big/ or Important Symposyum (VOS/International congress...)
4. Checking and verify and settle payment aff field force expense as request including but not limited taxi fee, hotel, air ticket, post office, car rental, stationary, name card, insurrance...
5. Colaboration with MKT assistant for making the plan and delivering all promotion material (gift, gimmick, clinical paper...) to FF members in timely.
6. Playing role as a secretary for Field Force meeting as request, preparing minutes meeting and send to managers.
7. Tracking and completing the performance report to manager by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
8. Other tasks will be assinged from direct manager.

- Good comunication
- Team work and fully support spirit
- Hard working and honest
- Can work overtime
2. Knowledge and working experience
- Graduated at least from Bachelor
- Have experience in working at the forgeign companies preferring
3. Skills
- Understandable ability of English as communication as well
- Good at computer as work required especially Word, Excel and Power Point.
