(*) JOB SUMMARIES:

The position holder will be accountable for a SMALL forum (APCI, APHSS) or a BIG industry such as Consumer Goods, Hi-tech, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Mining or 2 MEDIUM industries, and be a main coordinator for an HRC project

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Business Development:

- Join clubs, meetings to network with potential clients and current clients. Write articles for media and have it reviewed by Manager

- Meet new MEDIUM/SMALL client (for business development purpose) to present about all surveys and HR consulting services (English or Vietnamese).

2. Function:

Survey:

- Be responsible for a SMALL forum (APCI, APHSS) or a BIG industry such as CG, Hi-tech, or 2 MEDIUM/SMALL industries

- Have good insights of TRS and benefits trends of the industry(s) in charge to consult clients

- Collect and verify data, QC data (overseas by phone or work with difficult client). Advise JM, PC for client

- Review data (TRS, Benefits, other surveys) of less experienced Consultant

- Present Pre-Survey to a few clients (English or Vietnamese)

- Present to regional HR director or CEO about VN market updates

- Train a few clients (non-chargeable) how to do JM & PE (Vietnamese)

- Work closely and effectively with Mercer regional leaders regarding SMALL forum (APCI, APHSS) or other SMALL surveys (pulse survey, periodic mercer reports, …)



HR Consulting:

- Be a main coordinator for a project

- Draft BD presentation file, proposal, contract, training materials, position evaluation (PE), reports



3. Team Management:

- Coach team member (in small team) about JM, DCK, HR project, customer services skills, …

4. Major Challenges:

- Produce good quality data and survey reports for an industry, master industry insights, and get a high level of clients’ satisfaction

(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

1. Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in human resources or accounting and finance or business administration

2. Experience:

- Experience in HR consulting: min 2 years; or

- Experience in HR general: min 4 years

3. Abilities/Skills:

- English: advanced level of speaking and writing

- Well-organized and multi-tasking

- Professional, ethical, good customer service skills

- Team work, open and positive attitude

- Can present in small group and provide training in Vietnamese
