* Job description
• Lead and manage the Import Customer Service and Import Operations Department.
• Enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
* Your tasks and responsibilities
• The Import Manager supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organising work schedules to ensure delivery times and locations are co-ordinated.
• The Import Manager’s job includes responsible for managing department budgets and involved in setting
targets in association with managers.
• Strong ability to independently organize and prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic changing environment
• Strong interpersonal attributes including: high ethical standards, strong organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail, highly self- motivated, and a team player
• Train and motivate team/sales to follow WI, SOP, and DQ, K + N’s rules/guideline/instructions strictly to offer best service to customers and achieve required performance levels.
• Train and follow team on handling cost in, cost out, payment issues and closing files correctly as per FSL guideline.
• Organize internal working team for smooth operation and balance the work-load among SI Ops.
• Dealing with KN overseas for all issues that relate to daily operation & profitability.
• Closely working with carriers/sub-contractors for service provision, rates, spaces and equipment issues.
• Monitor gain/lost accounts with KN oversea and accounts owner for prompt action.
• Set up meetings with shipping lines & built up relationship.
• Optimize productivity and profitability of the department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Your skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must, Preferable Universities: Economics, Transportation, Foreign Trade
• 3- 5 years working in Freight forwarding
• Good experience in operation for Sea freight Import
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation skill
• Analysis and reporting skill
• Customer oriented and strong problem solving skill
• Good command in English (both communication and writing)
• Flexibility to travel both locally and internationally
