Safety Supervisor

- Provide support to the constructions team with regard to the hazard identification, assessment and control process, mentoring personnel ensuring that all hazards and risks are identified and control measures implemented prior to the commencement of any task
- Provide special advises and assist on safety matters of the project
- Assist in review all risk assessment sheets and working method statements to ensure risks are identified and mitigation measures proposed are adequate
- Ensure that each work area of project is aware of any potential accident situation that has been identified by client representative
- Monitor all safety matters onsite in designated area to ensure that employees/ contractor workers comply with project Safety regulations/procedures
- Review and update all Safety procedures/ processes
- Coordinate all safety matters, accident/incident reports and project safety statistics and performance
- Supervise daily, weekly patrol for safety working condition
- Conduct for all disciplines of contractor and subcontractor on safety observation/ awareness/ and other Safety training program for contractor workers
- Liaise with contractors on all related Safety matter in project
- Other tasks assigned

- University degree or above
- English skill is fair
- Good computer literacy MS Office
- Good at communication skill
- 4 years of experience in safety tasks onsite
- 3 years in supervisory capacity

- 13th month pay, bonus 2 times/year

- From Long Thanh Town, Vung Tau City to company and vice versa
