- Set up safety standards for daily working safety, construction safety, equipment safety...
- Plan for annual safety activities; co-operate with safety committee to conduct periodic review in accordance with the proposed plan, detect potential safety risk and plan to improve the problems.
- Regularly update the requirements, regulations, dissemination and action plans.
- Advise the management board to set up guidelines and policies on labor safety and hygiene yearly.
- Carry out equipment safety inspections, along with suppliers to conduct specialized training and safety training for all company's employees.
- Provide safety training for contractors, related departments in the company when having construction.
- Participate in the safety assessment for contractor
- Conduct daily safety patrols in the factory; summarize issues arising; follow related PIC to complete issues when detected.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree, major in engineering, passionate about safety field.
- 3 year working experience in safety, hygiene in manufacturing plants (Japanese enterprises are priority)
- Analysis and problems solving skills, creativity, passion for improvement
- Active and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Good working attitude and be active in safety, compliance activities
- Reporting skills, training and coaching skills
- MS Office and Proficiency of English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
- 3 year working experience in safety, hygiene in manufacturing plants (Japanese enterprises are priority)
