Work with all departments to implement, enforce and maintain the company Safety Program and Illness and Injury Prevention Program
Requirements and Responsibilities include:
Strategic
•Further develop existing safety guidelines.
•Ensure compliance to all government, company or customer requirements.
•Maintain documentation and update accordingly.
•Drive, promote and support positive communication with all departments to insure compliance
Tactical
•Monitor all activities to insure compliance and record, and report all discrepancies or instances per program.
•Review and update requirements and take the lead on all meetings and scheduled reviews or training as described in program.
•Develop training programs to ensure compliance to program documentation.
•Maintain all health and safety equipment stock levels in accordance to guidelines.
•Work cooperatively to implement innovative safety programs.
