JOB SUMMARY
Administers the company environmental health and safety system

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
• The Company safety administration
• Safety legal
• Global Safety Directives

RESPONSIBILITY
• Organize and co-ordinate the safety committees to manage to company environmental Health safety system
• Analyze the accident which is occurred in company and set up the corrective action in order to prevent the recurrence
• Controls and audit the safety system to create and maintain the system efficiency
• Contact Labor Protection Office for the issue of safety law
• Advise management for the improvement presentation of safety in the performance of work
• Be a representative of company to deal with safety agencies
• Performs other activities as assigned by the supervisor
• Implement risk assessment for new facility and or new machine which impact to working place condition or employee
• Implement monthly walking audit and action plan if any
• Lead and implement 5S activity and Global Safety Directives
• Timely EHS monthly report to related functions.

QUALIFICATION (Education level, year experience in specific field, sex, age, training needs, special ability)

• Physical Ability: Sex Male or Female. Age 27 years old up
• Education: Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience
• Training Need: IATF16949 & ISO 14001
• Special Skill Ability: Knowledge in Environment Health and Safety Laws, Computer skill and good interpersonal skill

- Salary range: 500$ - 900$
- Mobile allowance: VND 300,000/month
- Transportation: Van pick up from Haiphong center to Factory
