Role: Key player to develop, coordinate and execute safety, health and environmental programs at the newly established dynamic manufacturing company based in VSIP II-A industrial park in Binh Duong province.
Duties will include and not be limited to:
Start-up phase
• Develop and implement processes and procedures (SOP's) to ensure site compliance with global and local legislation and regulations
• Responsible for development of the company ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems and other related documentations
Operational phase
• Analyze SHE conditions and behaviors and recommends changes to continuously improve the site SHE performance.
• Primarily responsible for implementing systems, procedures, and work practices to ensure “audit ready” state of compliance.
• Responsible for maintaining the company ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems and other related documentations
• Maintain and update processes and procedures (SOP's) to ensure site compliance local and global legislation and regulations.
• Reviews, analyses and/or approves engineering design development reports, plans and specifications for compliance with health and environmental standards and regulations.
• Ensures thorough investigation of all incidents and provide expertise and participate to all SH&E incident investigations as conducted by site.
• Coordinate/facilitate all safety and environmental training for on site
• Administer training programs for safety accident prevention and protection
• Responsible for coordinating regular internal and external audits
• Responsible for conducting general EHS awareness programs
• Managing of Risk Management System (workplace safety and health risks)
• Position reports to Manufacturing and Maintenance manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree and above with safety officer certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Vietnamese and International EHS Standards and Regulations
• Experience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• High professional standards and strong work ethic
• Native speaker with fluent written and verbal English
• Bachelor Degree and above with safety officer certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Vietnamese and International EHS Standards and Regulations
• Experience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• High professional standards and strong work ethic
• Native speaker with fluent written and verbal English
