Safety Executive

1. Build up the regulations, procedures, solutions in the company to ensure the hygiene and safety, fire prevention in the company
2. Supervise and observe the registration and inspection of machines, equipment, materials, etc.
3. Take responsibility for fire-fighting system, 5S in the company
4. Daily check the working environment, food safety, manage the accident, occupational diseases;
5. Recommend and check the implementation of safety and hygiene regulations
6. Be responsible to manage environmental management system including ISO14001
7. Define and implement training plan (fire fighting, first aid training…) internal audit and external audit plan and co-ordinate with other dept. for the implementation. Follow up corrective and preventive action.
8. Contact and supervise contractor/ supplier regarding for infrastructures such as: air conditioner, door, window, table, chair, wall, light, valse, tap…)
9. Join in the renovation activities/ project regarding for electricity system/ water system
10. Others assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENT:
1. College/ University Degree with the major in electric, environment…
2. Can communicate in English
3. At least 2 years working at the same position in manufacturing companies
4. Preferably have ISO14001 knowledge and certificate of Safety certificate
5. Coaching skills and Basic management & Kaizen
6. Analysis skills, risk assessment skills
7. Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, can use power point
8. Good attitude, willing to learn
